No cost pick up and return
No extra charge for us to pick up and return your computer for servicing. You may also drop off at our office at address listed above.

Our repair service includes warranty, is cost competitive and includes free follow-ups to ensure the problems are fixed.
Free training session
Each new computer built by RITS or a new computer installaion for a computer purchased elsewhere, entitles you to a free 30 minute introductory computer training session. You may choose to use this as a 15% credit toward future support visits.

Host your own web and mail server
We will do all the setup so you can run your own web and mail server from your own office or home office if you work from home and control your own email usage. Make up your own email addresses and have more control over spam. Receive ongoing support for your server night or day at a minimal cost - lower than most advertised prices.
Benefits: Have more control over the server, quick reboots if needed. No sharing of hardware with lots of other users. More savings on hosting costs as you don't pay monthly fees to an external hosting company to host the server and keep the website running.
